Returns & Exchanges
At Dapper Looks, we take pride in offering well-crafted, premium clothes at affordable prices. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, we're here to help. Kindly review the guidelines below.
Common Policy
- You need to keep the package open while returning the product to our delivery partner and hand over the item after checking it.
- If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive your returned item.
Returns
If you have received the same product that you have ordered but you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or its fit, you can return it. A nominal Return Fee per product will be charged. This helps cover costs for pickup, packaging, and logistics.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please return it to us along with your order number. Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the transportation/shipping charges involved in the exchange process.
- Email us at infodapperlooks@gmail.com with your exchange request.
- Once acknowledged, send the product to our return address (no reverse pickup available).
- Obtain a courier receipt with signature & contact number, as we are not liable for lost shipments.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
Order Cancellation
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
- COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us.
- By placing an order, you agree to accept Dapper Looks' decisions on cancellations.
Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes
If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a credit note to your email. It can be used within 30 days for any future purchase on Dapper Looks.
Partial Order Exchange
We allow partial exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. However, not all items may be eligible.
Fit Issues
If the product doesn't fit, reach out for a size exchange within 48 hours. If the desired size is unavailable, we'll provide a credit note.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/Returns
- Dissatisfaction with color or fabric feel.
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences (10–12%) may occur.
- Washed, worn, or damaged items.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
